If golfing is your passion, then the Gulf City Golfers Association(GCGA) is for you. We have been in existence since 1960, forgingthe path for golfers of all races to unite and play for the love of the game. It doen't matter what your handicap is, there is a place for you in GCGA.
We are an energetic group of men and women from many professions who enjoy playing golf whenever possible. Azalea City Golf Course serves as our home, but we play at various courses within the Mobile, AL area and beyond.
The GCGA is always seeking new members and would like to extend an invitation to you. Dues are only $100 anually to become a member of this distinguished group. As a member you will have the following benefits:
Groups of golfers are available almost daily to share a round of golf.
Reserved Tee Times after our monthly metings.
Travel to out of state golf courses and tournaments.
Participation on a regular golf tournament circuit (April thru September - SAAG ) .
Compete against golfers from surrounding states in a season-ending tournament.
Also, you will have the opportunity to give back to the community. We support several local charities and the Junior Golf Association with proceeds from the GCGA Annual Golf Tournament in July. We take proide in hosting several special events, including a Club Championship and our Thanksgiving and Christmas tournaments for our members.
